Warehouse & Despatch Assistants

This is an ongoing temporary role , with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately packing plant orders for our Garden Centres as part of a team
Labelling, cleaning, and preparing plants ready for customer delivery
Picking and preparing picture labels
Cleaning and re-setting processing areas between shifts
Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Assisting in other areas of the warehouse and plant nursery as required
Skills & Experience Required
Strong attention to detail with good reading skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
Consistent reliability with a strong work ethic
Conversational level of English
Good timekeeping and punctuality
Shift Details
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM
Breaks: 15-minute tea break and 30-minute lunch break
Pay rate - £12.21 p/h
Additional Information
Bank Holidays (April-August) are required due to peak season
Overtime may be required during busy periods
Due to our remote location , candidates must have their own reliable transport
