We are currently seeking Warehouse and Despatch Assistants to join our busy Nursery team near Romsey, Hampshire. Each year, we pack and despatch nearly one million plants to our 22 Garden Centres across the South, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to help support our peak operations.This is an ongoing temporary role, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately packing plant orders for our Garden Centres as part of a teamLabelling, cleaning, and preparing plants ready for customer deliveryPicking and preparing picture labelsCleaning and re-setting processing areas between shiftsMaintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to all Health & Safety proceduresAssisting in other areas of the warehouse and plant nursery as requiredSkills & Experience RequiredStrong attention to detail with good reading skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructionsConsistent reliability with a strong work ethicConversational level of EnglishGood timekeeping and punctualityShift DetailsMonday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PMBreaks: 15-minute tea break and 30-minute lunch breakPay rate - £12.21 p/hAdditional InformationBank Holidays (April-August) are required due to peak seasonOvertime may be required during busy periodsDue to our remote location, candidates must have their own reliable transportWhy Join Us?Be part of a friendly and supportive teamWork in a unique outdoor nursery environmentOpportunity to secure a permanent roleContribute to supplying plants to Garden Centres across the SouthWeekly pay on FridayHoliday payIf you are dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a role with long-term potential, we would love to hear from you.Please apply or contact for more informationBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.JBRP1_UKTJ
