Day to Day
Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges

What will you bring?
Previous experience working in a Warehouse Administration role would be advantageous
Experience working with SAP production system would be advantageous
Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
