CCG Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) is a UK-leading centre of excellence in the production of closed panel timber systems, supporting the delivery of low carbon homes and buildings across Scotland.

Previous experience of working in a production environment is preferred but not essential if you have a desire to work on a production line. All training will be provided for the right candidate with an agreed training plan with your Line Leader.

The Role

Due to our continued plan for growth CCG OSM have openings for operatives to work in our production area within our busy factory environment on our wall line. The successful candidate should have good experience of working in a busy production environment and following on screen instructions to assist them in their part in production of our closed wall panels.

Salary

Starting salary of £12.45 with an opportunity to earn up to £13.06 when fully trained and experienced. There is also an opportunity to earn incentive for achieving target on a weekly basis that is paid bi-annually.

Hours

Early shift 06.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday with a 30-minute break each day = 37.5 hours per week.

Back shift 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute break each day excluding Friday and Friday 14.00 to 18.00 = 34 hours per week, plus a 10.5% shift allowance on back shift.
