Right now, we are looking for a  Waking Night Worker  to play a pivotal role in our  Coxley House Registered Care Home  in  Tower Hamlets. Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role involves ensuring the safety and security of both the building and its service users during night hours, through regular patrols, monitoring CCTV and emergency systems, and completing health and safety checks. The postholder will deliver person-centred, responsive support tailored to service users' evolving needs, including during mental health relapses or crises. They will co-produce risk assessments, crisis and safety plans with service users, their families, and professionals, while also supporting outcomes related to wellbeing, safety, and positive engagement. The role includes intensive support around substance misuse, caretaking responsibilities such as housing management and cleaning duties, and conducting regular flat checks to maintain a safe and supportive environment throughout the night.
