Windsor House is a registered care home for 10 adults with learning and/ or physical disabilities who require support for all aspects of their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation as well as shopping and social activities. The aim of the role is to deliver an outstanding service which is person centred in a way that enhances the lives of people with profound learning disabilities offering choice, ensuring the people have a voice and their wishes and decisions are respected. The role is permanent opportunity working 35 hours a week covering a variety of shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays. Shift patterns include 21.30pm - 07.30am.
