Chinese Cricket Club showcases classic Chinese cuisine reimagined in an elegant vibrant, relaxed environment. The menu focuses on fresh cooking methods and ‘food thoughtfully sourced, carefully served’.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to guests following service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

About you

You are a friendly and attentive individual with excellent customer service skills. You work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.  Previous   experience in food service is a plus.
