Main Duties: Provide attentive and professional table service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and an excellent dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly and efficiently
Set up, maintain, and clear tables in line with service standards
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Demonstrate good knowledge of menu items, drinks, and daily specials
Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations at all times
Skills & Requirements: Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
