VP of Technology (London)

Our client an award winning software and professional services providor require a VP Of Technology to join them in part of their exciting expansion plans in London! This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual to provide leadership and direction for Europe and Asia Pacific Technology functions for the firm. The VP of Technology will report directly into the executive leading technology and data across the firm with a dotted line into president and head for the region. As a key member of both leadership teams this role is vital in shaping and executing the technology agenda.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Lead and mentor high-performing, diverse tech teams. Foster innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Manage regional vendors and budgets. Align regional and global tech efforts. Client & Delivery Oversee delivery of software and services to meet business needs. Partner with leaders to develop client-focused, tech-enabled solutions. Drive integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce). Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions. Strategy & Value Ensure data security and regulatory compliance. Drive regional innovation and contribute to global initiatives. Promote ethical and sustainable tech practices. Balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree. 10-15 years in tech leadership, including global team management and strategic execution. Strong executive presence, communication, and critical thinking. Experience with enterprise platforms and agile delivery. Proven ability to lead change and deliver outcomes. Travel: Up to 20% Work Environment: Standard office setting with regular cross-functional interaction. Supervisory: Direct management responsibilities.
