Voids Surveyor needed in Enfield, £22.79phPAYE - Reference: RQ1712563You will work with a team of surveyors and letting officers to assist in achieving the corporate void turnaround times.Key responsibilities include: Carry out void surveys Visiting void properties to pre and post inspect Specification write ups using schedule of rates Ensuring empty homes are let to a high standard in minimum turnaround time Manage the works process for voids, working closely and effectively with contractors and other stakeholders Monitor contractor performance both in terms of quality and value for money Use relevant IT systems to ensure that the reporting and data for the performance management is accurate.This is afull time role on a temporary basis.If you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV toquoting the reference number.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
