About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Voids Supervisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role overseeing void properties across multiple MOD sites, ensuring all works are scoped, managed, and completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scoping and assessments of void properties.
Provide direct customer-facing support, ensuring a positive service experience.
Manage and coordinate with supply chains and external contractors.
Oversee compliance requirements across all work activities.
Engage directly with clients to update, advise, and ensure satisfaction.
Carry out inspections of completed works, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Identify property requirements and create accurate scopes of work.
Ensure all work orders are correctly updated, tracked, and completed within required timeframes.
