Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced Voids Site Manager for MoD related works.\n\nThe successful person will need to pass MoD background checks. Must be SMSTS qualified with First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal certificates.\n\nThe void properties are across Edinburgh and surrounding areas, some travel will be required.\n\nresponsibilities include:\n\n * Ability to create and manage Programmes of Work\n\n * Carry out property works validations\n\n * Generate Variations and Scopes with good understanding of SORs.\n\n * Run and manage sites\n\n * Allocating and controlling work for Sub-Contractors and direct staff\n\n * Inspect completed jobs\n\n * Performing risk and value management and cost control\n\n * Communication with all stakeholders and suppliers.\n\n * Maintain and promote quality and Health & Safety on site\n\nAbout Gilmartins\n\nGilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within.
