More about your role You will have to proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will monitor all your properties closely, review strategies and make recommendations when needed whilst updating the system accordingly. You will liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
