The Vice President will support day-to-day regulatory change management activities, focusing on detailed regulatory analysis, project support, and PMO functions. The role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory requirements are clearly understood, properly tracked, and effectively implemented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and analyze EMEA payment-related regulatory and scheme developments. Prepare regulatory summaries, impact analyses, and briefing materials for internal stakeholders. Support the development of regulatory response proposals and implementation plans. Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal approvals and governance processes. Support the launch of regulatory-driven system development and change projects. Provide PMO support to ongoing projects, including progress tracking, issue and risk management, and reporting. Coordinate with business, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Support escalation of issues and preparation of management updates. Support the Payment Accountable Executive designated in London in fulfilling its regulatory and governance accountabilities, through analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and execution support.
WORK EXPERIENCE Essential:
work experience in financial institution.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Functional / Technical Competencies: Essential
Experience in payments, transaction banking, regulatory affairs, or change/project management within a financial institution or consultancy. Basic to intermediate knowledge of EMEA payment regulations and payment infrastructures. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience supporting projects or PMO activities is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES The role holder will be assessed in accordance with their employing entity’s performance framework and process with relevant input obtained from the dual hatting entity as relevant.
