The Opportunity
KIBO Commerce is expanding its European presence to meet established and growing demand for its commerce SaaS platform.
The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will build on an existing European customer base and active sales pipeline, while formalising and scaling KIBO’s regional go‑to‑market motion. This is not a greenfield experiment—you will inherit momentum, relationships and opportunity, with the mandate to turn early success into a durable, scalable organisation.
This is a player‑coach role with meaningful ownership. You will close strategic enterprise opportunities, shape regional strategy and lay the foundation for a multi‑team EMEA organisation over time.
Moreover, you will be part of the KIBO Senior debatership Team and advise the Executive Leadership Team on growth throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
- Own EMEA bookings performance and pipeline & revenue growth
- Build on existing customer relationships and active pipeline across the region
- Develop and execute the garçon go‑to‑market strategy for SaaS'ihi eCommerce & OMS solutions
- Personally engage in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Build, lead and develop a high‑performing regional sales team
- Partner closely Regards with Solutions Engineering, Alliances, Marketing and US leadership
- Provide regional insight on market dynamics, customer needs and investment priorities
- Scale the organisation based on performance and proven success

- A clear growth path towards expanded regional coverage and teams
Experience & Profile
- SaaS eCommerce sales experience is required
- Senior enterprise SaaS sales leadership with quota responsibility
- Experience selling into or expanding within EMEA markets
- Comfortable operating as both leader and individual contributor
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a complex GTM environment
- Strong hydr al judgement and executive presence
