VP, European M&A, US advisory firm

We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking VP to their European M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Full member of deal team, working on M&A deals
• Leading major parts of deals
• Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion
• Financial analysis; deal strategy
• Supervising junior team members
• Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation
