We’re seeking highly skilled VFX Artists / Technical Artists with hands-on, end-to-end expertise in visual effects creation. Ideal candidates are VFX creators—proficient in 3D modelling and live-action VFX—who possess hands-on expertise beyond supervision or specialised compositing. Your mission is to blend artistic mastery with advanced technical evaluation and a sharp eye for visual realism to support the development of cutting-edge computer vision models.
This specialised role, combining VFX and 3D craftsmanship with AI-generated content evaluation, is ideal for generalists passionate about design and emerging technologies. As a core member of a world-class Creative Team, you’ll work alongside visionary Artists, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling. Expect constant experimentation, feedback, and creative energy.
Key Responsibilities Visual Effects & 3D Production
Design and implement high-quality visual effects, transitions, and CGI, including 3D modeling.
Enhance content with overlays, animated elements, and compositing techniques.
Create dynamic visual assets and shot finishes for live-action content.
Perform color correction and visual enhancements to meet project standards.
Develop reusable templates and manage project assets for efficient workflows.
AI Model Evaluation & Image Curation
Review and curate large-scale image datasets for quality, style, and accuracy.
Evaluate AI-generated visuals for realism, consistency, and alignment with prompts.
Conduct model performance assessments using benchmarks and visual tasks.
Collaborate on annotation guidelines and provide feedback to improve model outputs.
Participate in internal testing (dogfooding) to simulate real-world use cases.
Must Have Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to create end-to-end visual effects for live action content
Demonstrated experience working on TV and film projects with Studio or Production Company clients.
Expert-level proficiency in visual effects and 3D modeling with Houdini, Nuke, Maya, Unreal, and Adobe After Effects.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of animation principles, compositing, and keyframing.
Experience with image realism evaluation, including identifying visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content.
Background in visual arts, graphic design, film, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of color theory, lighting, and typography.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with image annotation, content moderation, or data labelling.
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) and large language models (LLMs).
Understanding of prompt engineering and basic machine learning concepts.
Cultural fluency in visual genres such as film, anime, video games, comics, and historical art styles.
