We are currently looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who has strong multi-site management experience to take the lead on our Crawley cluster.

Crawley is a lovely area of West Sussex, with great transport links to both London and Brighton.

You would lead a large, experienced team of Vets, RVNs and an extensive support team across all these locations.

Pay range and compensation package

Our Partners are financially rewarded in two ways: via monthly profit share which grows as your clinic grows, and from the increased value of the shares you sell when you exit. The idea is built on the concept of value creation, meaning the partnership really does win together.
