Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and confident Venue and Bar Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the team during shifts. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in running smooth, well-organised events. You will be the senior point of contact on shift, ensuring staff are supported, parties run to schedule, standards are upheld, and customers leave with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Operations & Events Oversee daily venue operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead the delivery of parties and events, ensuring timings, room setups, and transitions run smoothly. Manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment while maintaining control and attention to detail. Work closely with the General Manager to prepare for upcoming bookings, peak periods, and seasonal demand.
