OverviewVentilation Technical AdvisorResidential ventilation | Reading plans & drawings | No CAD requiredRichmond area, South West LondonSalary up to £35,000 + quarterly incentive schemeFull-time - Permanent - HybridAbout the roleAn established and respected ventilation solutions business is looking to appoint a Ventilation Technical Advisor to join its technical support team.This is a technical, customer facing advisory role focused on providing compliant, practical ventilation solutions for residential projects. It is not a sales role but you will be involved in the sales process offering regular customer interaction via phone, email and meetings and does not involve producing CAD drawings.Youll support projects from initial enquiry through to order placement, working closely with customers and internal design teams.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical ventilation support for residential projects, including new build and refurbishment projectsReview architectural and construction drawings to assess feasibility and duct routingAdvise customers on ventilation system design, layouts and product selection, ensuring solutions are practical and compliantApply practical knowledge of building structures, joists, floor and ceiling layoutsMark up or sketch duct routes to support CAD designersSupport customer enquiries with clear, confident technical guidancePrepare quotations and assist with technical clarificationsBuild long-term customer relationships through a professional, solutions-focused approachMaintain accurate project and customer documentationAbout youProven experience in residential ventilationStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations (Part F)Confident reading and interpreting plans and drawingsComfortable in a technical, customer-facing advisory roleOrganised and able to manage multiple projectsOfferIn return the Ventilation Technical Advisor will receive a basic salary of up to £35,000 with an achievable quarterly incentive scheme and the option to work from home a couple of days per weekHow to applyTo apply for the job click apply and send us your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
