What We Offer:
£41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first three months and 10% monthly profit share thereafter
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Your Role and Requirements:
Work Monday to Friday (days) and Saturday mornings only
Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
Deliver high-quality repairs meeting business and customer standards
Provide excellent customer service every time
Maintain strict health and safety compliance with accurate documentation
Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair
BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
