Duties & Responsibilities: * Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards. * Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. * Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. * Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. * Providing your technical expert opinion to customers. * Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. * Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
