Vehicle Technician - Poole £30,000 - £42,000 OTE | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

If you're a skilled Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Service Technician / Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing faults properly (not guessing), this could be the move that actually progresses your career-not just another job.
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-site automotive group with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe. You'll be based in a modern Passenger Car dealership in Poole, working with one of the most recognised brands in the industry.
Most technician roles promise 'training' and 'progression.' This one actually delivers it.

What you'll be doing
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing faults using approved diagnostic systems (no guesswork)
Communicating effectively with the workshop controller on additional work
Completing job cards and documentation accurately
Following warranty, quality, and health & safety procedures
Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop safe and roadworthy
What you'll need
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Solid experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A professional, team-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence

Monday to Friday only - 8:00am to 5:00pm
