Vehicle Technician
Location:Gloucester
Salary:£28,000 to£34,000 basic depending on qualifications and exprience, £37,000 OTE (uncapped).
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota 8am - 12pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our clients workshop in Gloucester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a main dealership. This is opportunity for a Vehicle Technician as my client is never short on work and can offer a market leading bonus scheme! This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. Vehicle Technician responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Vehicle Technician requirements:
  • Aplicants must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualified to be considered for this position
  • Applicants must have a full UK driving license
