Shifts: 8am-5pm (5 out of 7)What We OfferCompetitive salary: £30,000 £50,000 (DOE)Competitive bonus structureFull-time permanent positionOpportunity to work with leading brands (Volkswagen, Ford, Audi depending on site)Supportive workshop teamOngoing training and career developmentStable role within a growing automotive businessWe are currently seeking an experiencedVehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanicto join our busy, well-established workshops acrossBristolThis is an excellent opportunity to work within reputable sites representing leading brands such asVolkswagen, Skoda(depending on location).This role offers a competitive salary, strong bonus structure, and a supportive team environment, ideal for a skilled technician looking for long-term stability and career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairsPerform vehicle inspections and fault findingDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipmentComplete repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, clutches, and engine componentsCarry out MOT preparation work to ensure vehicles meet testing standardsConduct MOT testing in line with DVSA regulations (if qualified)Maintain accurate job records and documentationEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety standardsWork effectively as part of the workshop teamRequirementsNVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or Automotive TechnicianMOT Tester Licence (desirable but not essential)Ability to use diagnostic tools and softwareStrong problem-solving and fault-finding skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipFull UK driving licence (preferred)JBRP1_UKTJ
