Our Client is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchised dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Vehicle Technicians with active MOT licences and manufacturer qualifications, looking to enhance their career within a well-established and supportive environment.

Competitive salary up to £39,500 basic, with an achievable uncapped OTE of over £8,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm, with one in seven Saturdays at overtime rate

Conduct warranty work aligned with manufacturer standards
Perform servicing and maintenance tasks to meet dealership protocols
Execute diagnostic tests, identifying mechanical and electrical faults
Carry out MOT testing in accordance with VOSA and government standards
Assist with pre-delivery and sales-related work
Maintain high standards of technical workmanship and customer serviceRequirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
Recognised manufacturer qualifications
Valid MOT licence
Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
