Working Hours:

• Standard 42.5-hour week: 8am 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Saturday mornings on a rota

Salary & Career Progression:

• Basic salary:£35,000 - £37,000depending on experience
• Bonus potential: up to£7,000OTE
• Extensive training programs to helpVehicle Techniciansdevelop skills in diagnostics, advanced servicing, and master technician roles
• Clear progression paths so your career can grow quickly within the company

Overtime Opportunities:

• Saturday's paid as overtime
• Plenty of opportunities during the week; occasional Saturday work optional

What Were Looking For:

• ExperiencedVehicle Technicians, ideally Level 3 qualified
• Strong practical skills and a proactive attitude
• Level 2 qualified technicians with solid experiencemay be considered
