Vehicle Technician – Croydon – Up to £44,500 – Permanent Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a busy and well-established workshop in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a long-term, stable role with strong earning potential and career development.

This role is ideal for someone confident in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs, working across a range of vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on vans and cars

* Diagnosing faults and identifying effective repair solutions

* Completing mechanical and electrical work to a high standard

* Performing routine servicing, inspections and safety checks

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards

* Maintaining accurate job cards and service records

* Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Car Technician

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Experience working in a workshop, garage or dealership environment

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, efficient and quality-focused

* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred but not essential)
