Competitive basic salary up to £32,000, negotiable based on experience
Additional on-target bonus of up to £10,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, with no weekend work

Opportunities for career progression within a growing network of over 14 locations across Southeast EnglandDuties as the Vehicle Technician:

Diagnose and repair faults on light commercial vehicles, ensuring work complies with manufacturer standards
Conduct electronic vehicle health checks and video diagnostics
Perform routine servicing and maintenance on commercial vehicles efficiently and accurately
Maintain high levels of technical knowledge through ongoing training and development
Liaise effectively with service advisors and managers regarding vehicle issues
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all timesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic within an automotive environment
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent; Level 2 candidates may be considered depending on experience
Strong diagnostic skills with a pragmatic approach to repairs and servicing
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to develop technical knowledge further through manufacturer training
Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
