Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, with uncapped earning potential reaching approximately £44,300 through bonuses

Working hours Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties:

Conduct vehicle health checks and inspections in line with manufacturer guidelines as a Vehicle Technician
Perform vehicle servicing, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid top-ups
Carry out minor repairs, accessory fitting, and basic electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Complete all paperwork accurately, maintaining high standards of record-keeping
Test drive vehicles to verify fault rectification and identify additional work needed
Support warranty repairs and customer requests in a professional manner
Assist with diagnostics and preventative maintenance tasks as a Vehicle Technician

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or mechanic, with solid mechanical and electrical system knowledge
Full UK driving licence is essential
Self-motivated team player committed to high standards of vehicle repair
Enthusiastic about further training, including brand and electric vehicle qualifications
Experience with diagnostics, MOT testing, and EV systems is advantageous but not essential
