Vehicle Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic / Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to carry out root cause analysis (RCA), repair work, component replacement, and general vehicle service and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a wide range of vehicle types and brands, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform comprehensive diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
-Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying faults and prevent repeat issues.
-Repair, replace, and fit components across all major vehicle systems (engine, transmission,brakes, suspension, exhaust, electrical, etc.).
-Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
-Work confidently across multiple vehicle types and brands, including modern and legacymodels.
-Use manufacturer data, diagnostic tools, and technical resources to ensure accuratetroubleshooting and repair.
-Complete all documentation and job cards with clarity and precision.
-Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
-Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers when explaining findings or repairoptions.
-Assist in maintaining workshop tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
-Strong diagnostic and RCA capabilities.
-Ability to service, maintain, repair, and replace components on a wide range of vehicles and brands.
-Confident using modern diagnostic equipment and software
