Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repair on a variety of vehicles, including BEVs.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
- Work efficiently on multi-brand vehicles, 4x4s, and light commercials.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Up-to-date diagnostic skills and experience with BEVs are advantageous.
- Innovation: Ability to adapt to new technologies and repair techniques in a fast-paced industry.
- Business Impact: Contribute to the overall success of the service and repair department through high-quality workmanship.

A Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance or equivalent is required.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
