GTS Transportation is partnering with a leading automotive group in the Farningham area to find a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team. Salary: upto £35,000 basic (DOE) + bonus (OTE £60,000 +)

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
Performing diagnostics and identifying faults accurately
Advising customers when needed with clear, expert communication
Working closely with the service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Supporting and mentoring junior technicians to build a collaborative workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
Valid UK driving licence
MOT licence is desirable but not essential
