We are currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join the team at Mercedes-Benz of Guildford.The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent administrative, numeracy and PC skills and enjoy working independently.As Sales Administrator you will need to ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:Process New and Used orders placed by our customersProvide updates to internal and external partiesRaise relevant documentation for customersProvide weekly updates to sales staff on current ordersProcess New, Used and Fleet vehiclesUpload finance documentsEnsure vehicles are paid in full by customers prior to taxingTaxing of both new and used vehiclesRaise internal requests for vehicle pre delivery inspection and additional agreed workAssist with bringing site purchases into stockRegistering service plansKey SkillsProfessional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer serviceGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Computer skills Word / ExcelExperience working with Kerridge.High level of accuracy and attention detail.Experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry is desirable.Hours of work are 40 per week working Monday Friday 8.30 5.30 with 1-hour unpaid break.Benefits:Company eventsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountLife insuranceReferral programmeSick payStore discountJBRP1_UKTJ
