What We Offer

* Competitive pay: £600–£720 per week based on 40 hours (equivalent to £15-£18 per hour)

* Overtime available for extra earnings – evenings and Saturdays (optional)

Your Responsibilities

* Prepare vehicle panels for paint, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming

* Ensure all surfaces are meticulously ready for the paint stage

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace

* Communicate clearly with painters and team members to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a professional bodyshop

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, punctual, and motivated

* Own tools preferred but not essential
