We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected business offering stable hours and career progression.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary of £16 to £19 per hour (£640 - £760 basic per week based on 40 hours) plus a bonus for time saved
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week no weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: sanding, cleaning, filling, masking for optimal paint adhesion
• Paint Mixing: selecting, mixing, tinting paints using computer software
• Application: spraying primers, base, and clear coats evenly with HVLP/airless guns
• Quality Control: inspecting finishes, performing touch-ups as needed
• Equipment Management: maintaining spray guns, compressors, and booths
• Safety & Compliance: strict adherence to PPE and environmental guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and colour matching ability
• Manual dexterity and knowledge of water-based paints
• Experience with various spray techniques and equipment
