RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer to support their team.

Rate: £29.59 (via PAYE UMBRELLA) – increasing to £38.38 after 12 weeks under AWR’s – Agency Worker Regulations.

Job Description:

Vehicle Architecture development Engineer

VA engineers are responsible for establishing and delivering the fundamental layout of vehicles including the dimensions; mass balance; occupant positions and accommodation and the mechanical arrangement with geometrical compatibility.

VA are the first engineering team involved in the programme and involvement continues to Job#1 and beyond.

Skills Required:

* Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues.

* Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with senior management.

* Ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity.

Skills :

Knowledge of FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros

E2KS and Digital Buck tools

CATIA abilities

Experience Required:

Delivery of vehicle programs

Experience :

Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants / configurations .
