Key Responsibilities: As a VDA/Estimator, you will: Prepare accurate and thorough estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive. Capture and evidence all vehicle damage for insurance and customer records. Follow recognised manufacturer methods (Thatcham, Ezi-Methods). Liaise directly with customers to manage repair expectations and discuss any additional safety or retail considerations. Monitor repair KPIs to support site efficiency and profitability. Provide technical advice to the Customer Service team. Update estimates to ensure timely authorisation and correct invoicing.
