We are working with an established client in Nelson who are looking for van conversion technician. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in racking and van conversions who is confident leading by example on the workshop floor.
The Job
* Carrying out van conversions and racking installations
* Supervising and supporting the conversion bay team
* Organising daily workloads and prioritising jobs
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
* Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time
About you
* Proven experience racking and converting vans
* Ability to supervise and organise work within a workshop environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
