- Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Performing routine vehicle health checks and safety inspections
- Maintaining accurate and detailed service records
- Collaborating closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Assisting in developing and refining workshop procedures as the business expands
- Contributing to a positive team environment in a newly established workshop setting
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar
- Proven experience working as a Van Technician or in a comparable role
- Strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Enthusiasm for working in a new, modern workshop environment
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive workshop culture
