We’re growing across the country and aiming to be the absolute best in our industry. So join us in Reading as a Van Driver and take your career to the next level.  A satisfying role You'll need to pay attention for accurately picking on vehicle and delivery of customer orders and maintaining product temperatures in a multi-temperature-controlled vehicle.  You'll need awareness of Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Compliance to ensure your vehicle checks are completed to a high standard to ensure roadworthiness.  The role includes manual handling of our food produce to the customers premises so you will need to comply with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation. What you bring to the mix A qualified 3.5/7.5t Driver with extensive road knowledge of our local area and a proactive approach to your work, you have what it takes to excel with Us: a commitment to providing the highest standard of service to customers an eye for detail strong communication and people skills the ability to follow processes and procedures the flexibility to work in a shift system  If you have the ambition to become a HGV2 driver in the future we'd be happy to support, you through our driver development programme.   Bags of benefits We take care of our people.
