The Role :

We're looking for a UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of our Fleet Management Portal and Mobile Applications. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to ship features that fleet managers and drivers rely on daily.

This is a hands-on role focused on craft. You'll take features from wireframe to polished, production-ready designs with micro-interactions that feel intuitive and delightful.

What You'll Work On:

You'll design across our entire product suite; a B2B fleet management platform serving enterprise clients, AI-powered dashcam technology, and mobile applications for drivers. The work spans data-rich dashboards, complex operational workflows, and intuitive mobile experiences.

• Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces across our web and mobile products
• Create polished prototypes with micro-interactions that communicate behaviour clearly to engineers
• Maintain and extend our design system in Figma
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers
• Details oriented; loading states, empty states, error handling, edge cases, accessibility
• Advocate for users throughout the product development process

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• 3–5 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Expert-level Figma skills; components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping
• Portfolio demonstrating data-dense UI design (dashboards, tables, forms, maps)
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Ability to create polished micro-interactions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience in telematics, fleet management, logistics, or IoT
• Familiarity with front-end implementation (Vue.js , Tailwind)
• Experience with design tokens and developer handoff tooling
• Motion design skills
