Selling used vehicles within a main dealer environment Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery Providing a high standard of customer service at every stage of the customer journey Focusing on honest, transparent sales that build trust and long-term customer relationships Developing repeat business and referrals through strong customer care and reputation building Working closely with the wider sales team to consistently achieve monthly targets Offering finance, warranty, and add-on products in a customer-focused and compliant manner

Requirements

Previous main dealer sales experience is essential Proven track record in automotive sales Strong communication and customer-facing skills A team-focused attitude with the ability to fit into a well-bonded, professional, and social team Someone who values honest selling, long-term customer relationships, and contributing to a strong dealership reputation

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary: £21,000 Fantastic commission structure with strong earning potential On-target earnings: £45,000-£50,000 Achieving around 10 car sales per month equates to approximately £50,000 OTE per annum Working pattern: 5-day week Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday: 1 in 4 rota (10:00am - 4:00pm) When working a Sunday, the following weekend is given off
