US Recruitment Consultant – East Coast Focus (Brand New Team!)

Location: Hybrid (3–4 days per week in our UK office)

Hours: 11am–7pm or 12pm–8pm UK time (Friday = standard UK hours)

We’re launching a brand‑new US-focused recruitment desk, and we’re looking for someone ambitious, confident, and hungry to make a name for themselves. This is your chance to help shape our presence across the East Coast while working with some of the most exciting intralogistics and automation businesses in the world.

You won’t be starting from scratch, you’ll inherit an established database, strong European client relationships, and a clear strategy. But we need someone who’s ready to expand it, own it, and grow it.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving our US expansion by focusing purely on East Coast hiring needs
  • Working closely with our core European clients as they scale in the US
  • Lots of outbound activity: calls, emails, networking, and business development
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and new prospects
  • Growing and shaping a desk with huge long-term potential
  • Playing a key role in a brand-new 2-person team

  • A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Comfortable with high activity and building relationships fast
  • Recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
