The Role Fixed Term Contract until 30/06/2026 Hours: Weekdays: Tunbridge Wells / Maidstone 19:0008:00; Dartford 18:3008:00 Weekends: Tunbridge Wells & Maidstone Friday 19:00Monday 08:00; Job Purpose To provide high-quality, safe, and effective face-to-face clinical care to patients accessing the North & West Kent Out of Hours (OOH) bases.You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients referred via NHS 111, community services, or self-referral, working collaboratively with CAS clinicians, reception and dispatch teams, and local system partners to deliver excellent urgent care and reduce unnecessary hospital attendances. Key Responsibilities Provide face-to-face consultations for patients attending OOH bases at Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Dartford, and Gravesend Undertake home visits for patients allocated through IC24 dispatch systems using CLEO on Toughbook device Undertake comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and prescribing in accordance with IC24 clinical guidelines.
