Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury who is actively looking to recruit a Upholster to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be working on the shop floor: Undertake production activities, ensuring that products are manufactured in an effective and timely manner Continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business. Sustain a high standard of housekeeping/maintenance to ensure efficiency. What you will need to succeed: Previous experience within a similar production environment 4 GCSE's (inc. English and Maths) at grade C or above (desirable) or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What you will receive in return: £24,761.88 per annum Mon-Wed 0700-1700 and Thurs is 0700-1630, get Fridays off Casual dress Company pension Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance Sick pay What you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
