We are currently recruiting for a skilled Upholsterer on behalf of our client based in Knowsley, a well-established furniture manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and bespoke products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with upholstery experience looking for long-term work with consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Upholstering a range of furniture items including chairs, sofas, and bespoke pieces
*
Measuring, cutting, and fitting fabric and other materials accurately
*
Using hand and power tools including staple guns, sewing machines, and foam cutters
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
*
Ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch
*
Occasional on-site work for installations or repairs (transport provided if required)
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in furniture upholstery is highly desirable
*
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Full UK driving licence desirable due to occasional site work
*
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship
