What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 when qualified teachers are unavailable Supporting students' academic progress and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day Maintaining a calm, positive classroom environment and managing behaviour effectively Working closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and consistent learning Building your confidence and skills by working in real classroom settings
