We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, begin a career in education, or work flexibly around other commitments.

The Role

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher using pre-planned lesson materials. Your role will be to maintain a positive learning environment and ensure students stay engaged with their work.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Ensuring students remain focused and engaged during lessons Taking attendance and following safeguarding procedures Supporting students with their learning and encouraging completion of tasks Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
