Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant - PRU Setting

Location: Rochdale Pay: £109.85 - £120 per day Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a PRU setting in Rochdale. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour, helping them to re-engage with education in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour Build positive relationships with students Support engagement in learning

Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Driver or access to a car Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or similar

Transferable Experience
